It is how to administrate your business. It includes all aspects of supervising and overseeing business operations, and related fields such as marketing, project management, finance, and accounting.

 

 

Overview:

Business administration includes the efficient organization of people and other resources, decision making, and the management or performance of business operations. Generally, administration refers to the broader management function, including the MIS services, personnel, and associated finance.

 

 

To meet the goals of the organization, administrators, in general, engage in a common set of functions. These functions were described as the 5 elements of administration. Sometimes administration has another added element which is the business sells.

 

 

Academic Degrees.

 

 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration:

The Bachelor of Business Administration (B.Sc., B.B.A., BBA) is specialized in business administration and commerce. The degree also develops the student’s business decision-making capability, and communication, managerial, and practical skills. Many programs incorporate practical experience and training, in the form of interaction with experts from industry, industrial visits, internships, presentations, and case projects.

 

 

 

M.B.A. or MBA (the Master of Business Administration) is a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on management in a significant way. Master of Business Administration program’s core courses cover many business’ areas such as human resources, marketing, finance, accounting, and operations in a manner most relevant to strategy and management analysis. Most Master of Business Administration’s programs also include elective courses.

 

 

 

  • Doctor of Business Administration:

Dr.B.A., DrBA, D.B.A., or DBA, is a research doctorate awarded on the research, and the basis of advanced study in the administration of the business. The Doctor of Business Administration is equivalent to the Ph.D. in BA.

 

 

You can’t earn a higher academic degree in the study of management than the Ph.D. in Management. It is designed for people seeking teaching careers and academic research.
